A strategic approach to enable brand recognition and business growth
Objective
The goal was to develop easily applicable strategies and design solutions through which Roprint could achieve further customer expansion, not only B2B but also B2C. Additionally, the other key task was to become more modern and better adapt to the European competitive market of print production.
Approach
Our approach consisted of conducting extensive research and dive into applicable strategies, such as defining Personas, System Map, User journeys, and Future frameworks. We also looked into the four key components within a implementation models, like desirability, feasibility, integrity and viability.
Outcome
The final results achieved an enhanced brand identity, with a more playful and modern touch. On the perspective of strategies, we created a new website with an integrated online platform that enables users to upload their designs or request design support from a large database of prepress and brand designers throughout the world.
